InnovatingClass 10,000 clean room laboratory, escorting customer process trial production
LHI has conducted in-depth technical exchanges and all-round cooperations with leading fuel cell companies and research institutes at home and abroad on the production process of membrane electrode preparation, bipolar plate production, power stack, system and test platform as well as equipment, and has now provided fuel cell production equipment for more than twenty customers.
At present, LHI has completed construction of prototype machines for several key processes such as slurry production, grinding, single CCM slit die coating, MEA 5-in-1 package and MEA 7-in-1 package; and relevant technical verification performed and wealth of industry know-how and experience accumulated.
At the same time, LHI has put into service one 10,000-class clean room where product process trial can be carried out, and configured various experimental test instruments such as rheometer, laser particle size analyzer, optical microscope and mechanical tester to provide experimental basis for fuel cell industrialization validation.

In the coating process, adoption of in-house slotting die with accuracy comparable to imported brands significantly reduces supply lead time. In addition, optional overall surface treatment per customer requirements with a surface hardness up to 2400 HV for superior anti-corrosion performance.
In the field of metal bipolar plate, proprietary bipolar plate welding equipment has been well received by customers characterized by fully automatic welding inspection, protective gas welding, good welding stability, positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm and effective control of warping.
The stack assembly can be customized per customer's process requirements to achieve fully automatic stacking with a maximum stacking takt of 3s/pcs, while ensuring high stacking accuracy, thus improving efficiency and yield of the stack production.
At present the whole line of equipment and partial pilot machines have reached in-depth stage of cooperation with domestic energy companies, research institutes and well-known automobile manufacturers among others.
